            The Rancho San Diego/ Spring Valley Rotary Club is proud to announce it’s Annual Fundraiser, La Bella Vida, A Wine and Food Fest, to be held September 22, 2007 at the Water Conservation Garden at Cuyamaca College – the newest and most exciting venue in East County!

 

            “Our Club” was founded in l965 and has been actively supporting our local and world communities since.   Monte Vista High School, our “adopted school”,  the Rescue Task Force, Adopt-A-Highway Program, Sheriff K-9 training program, scholarships for deserving high school seniors and Cuyamaca College students, and the Rancho San Diego YMCA are just a few of our on-going commitments.  We are a founding sponsor of the Heritage of The America’s Museum, the Conservation Garden and the Rancho San Diego Library.   Internationally, we partnered with the Tecate Rotary Club to build a school for handicapped children and purchased a wheelchair accessible school bus.  We have provided for cleft lip and palate surgery to children in Baja, CA  and are developing relationships with the San Filipe Rotary Club and the Paul Harris Elementary School in Tijuana to improve educational opportunities for the children they serve.

 

            Funds raised through our Annual Fundraiser will be used to support the on-going projects of the Rancho San Diego/Spring Valley Rotary Club and the Water Conservation Garden at Cuyamaca College.

 

           We need your help to continue these and other community-based services that we have provided since l965.  Your cash donation, gift certificate, or items for our auction will help insure a wonderful future for the children of our communities.  Our 2007 Pledge Form is attached for your consideration.
